I had a dream I was driving to JFK airport in a taxicab, giving (accurate) directions to the driver who was listening to Rush Limbaugh on the radio. The driver kept apologizing because Rush was attacking me personally, but he didn't change the station. In the airport there were lots of tolls we had to pay to get to our terminal, but they only accepted francs.
